Need a little clarity?

We’ve all heard the cliche “work smarter, not harder” - and I admit - I’m a total proponent of this.

But - before you even do that, it’s important to clear your mind of chaos to go beyond this cliche, and get super intentional about what you want.

And we need clarity in order to be more intentional. When we are trying to make a decision that will affect our life in some way, we often get stuck because that decision is buried in a spaghetti bowl of so many other things, that’s its hard to separate it and actually do something productive.

My go-to method when coaching people (and also something I use myself) is combining a mindset of High Self Worth along with the logical methodology of Lean Six Sigma.

Mindset is incredibly important when you’re aiming to achieve a goal you set out to do. As professionals in STEM, we can visualize the peaks and valleys of success in any goal we’re working towards at work - and this is no different when it comes to personal improvement. The key here is to keep a mindset of clarity and focus.

Let me give you a quick head start with this.

My free guide Chaos to Clarity in 7 Steps will help you separate what’s important from that mess. It’ll help you gain clarity on what you want, so that you can set solid intentions towards your goals.
